About Me

After 23 years as a Headteacher leading a diverse range of rural and urban, large and small, dual-stream and English-medium schools, I am now focusing on supporting education professionals in meaningful and sustainable ways.

I understand first-hand the immense pressures and challenges of school leadership but also the joys and rewards. I’m passionate about helping others navigate them with integrity, purpose, clarity, and care.

My leadership record includes successfully overseeing six positive school inspections and 
providing strategic leadership among peers, where I influenced local authorities and other key stakeholders. In my last school, I led the team that was recognised as a Top 100 Future Generations Change Maker.

I currently offer: 
* One-to-one mentoring or coaching for school leaders and teachers 
* Pastoral support and reflective space for education professionals 
* Strategic input on leadership development, CPD planning, and school improvement for schools and trusts

I work flexibly (mostly remotely) and am open to roles where I can make a meaningful contribution. I’m particularly interested in working with new headteachers or those feeling isolated or under pressure.
